Making Room For One More Generation
Phase 1: Land Acquisition

Anchor purchased the land across the street, which is 21 total acres, with 9 usable acres. This site will be the future home of additional parking for the main building, in addition to future expansion plans, including a possible Dream Center, a Global Missions Base, and Anchor University facilities
Phase 2: Sanctuary Seating Expansion

Fall 2026
The sanctuary seating expansion will increase the sanctuary seating capacity by ~300 seats to make room for those coming to services.
Phase 2: Next Gen Wing Expansion

Help us make room for the next generation! The next gen expansion will have kids spaces for up to 1,200 kids per weekend with spaces for services, adult meeting spaces during the week, and space for Anchor University.
Future Vision: Sanctuary Addition
2028-2029
Upon completion of Phase 2, we will plan for a 2,600-seat sanctuary addition to accommodate the growing needs of the church and create a hub for the multiplication of 200 regional churches.
