Sunday Serve Teams
ANCHOR KIDS - CHECK-IN TEAM
The Kids Check-In Team creates a welcoming environment and assists families with checking in, dropping off, and picking up children in our elementary and nursery/preschool areas.
Age: 19+, Background check
ANCHOR KIDS - EARLY CHILDHOOD TEAM
The Early Childhood Team serves children 6 weeks through preschool and offers them the opportunity to hear the life-giving message of Jesus through Bible stores, worship, prayer, and hands-on activities.
Age: 14+, in High School, Background Check
ANCHOR KIDS - ELEMENTARY TEAM
The Elementary Team invests in the lives of children who are in Kindergarten through 5th grade by giving them the opportunity to discover and develop a passion for God through Bible teaching, worship, Small Groups, Prayer, and games.

ANCHOR DISCOVER CONNECT TEAM
The Anchor Discover Connect team connects with people during Anchor Discover by helping them understand where they can make a difference, not only on the team of their choice, but also in every area of their life. This team assists with finding their next steps and providing new members with any information about the different ministry opportunities at Anchor.

BAPTISM TEAM
The Baptism Team hosts water baptism experiences, ensuring the environment is excellent and meaningful for those making a public declaration of their faith in Jesus.

CAMPUS SUPPORT/FACILITIES TEAM
The Campus Support/Facilities Team helps to create an excellent, distraction-free environment by working “behind the scenes” to maintain and support excellence in every area of our church, including baptism, conferences, and special events.

EVENTS TEAM
The Events Team creates an excellent, memorable experience through food, giveaways, and more at services, conferences, and special events.
Age: 14+, in High School
GREETER TEAM
The Greeter Team creates a positive first impression by welcoming, greeting, and encouraging each guest as they enter and exit Anchor Church.
Age: 14+, in High School
INFORMATION TEAM
The Information Team helps guests identify their next steps by providing resources and information about campuses, weekend services, Small Groups, Anchor Discover, conferences, and special events.
Age: 14+, in High School
HOSPITALITY TEAM
The Hospitality Team creates a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. While encouraging them to enjoy a hot cup of coffee and a snack, this team seeks to fellowship, cover guests in prayer, and help them to make connections to other areas of the church. They provide hospitality throughout the campus from refreshments to connection cards in the sanctuary.

MEDIA/CREATIVE TEAM
The Media/Creative Team’s Sunday morning responsibilities primarily consist of capturing moments through photography/videography that tell the story of what God is doing in and through Anchor Church, including but not limited to Sunday morning services, baptisms, child dedications, and other church events.

MERCHANDISE TEAM
The Merchandise Team helps oversee the sale of custom, in-house designed merchandise promoting the Anchor Church brand.
Age: 16+, in High School
PARKING TEAM
The Parking Team gives guests a positive first and last impression as they arrive and exit by providing clear directions for a safe and efficient parking experience.
Age: 16+
PRAYER/ALTAR MINISTRY TEAM
The Prayer Team provides prayer covering for services, conferences, teams, and ministries.

The Production/Support Team facilitates a powerful, distraction-free worship experience through the use of lighting, video technology, and audio engineering.

The Usher Team provides a positive worship experience by assisting guests with seating, facilitating tithes/offerings, and helping to secure a distraction-free worship environment.

WORSHIP TEAM
The Worship Team facilitates a powerful, on-stage worship experience through utilizing the skills of vocalists and instrumentalists.
Age: 16+, Music Audition, Development Training Process, Background Check

The Next Steps Team uses the gift of administration to collect and maintain data to ensure information is secure, complete, and accurate so that everyone can take their next steps. This team also serves as a guest’s first post-visit point of contact in welcoming them to Anchor and inviting them to connect via phone calls, emails, and text messages.

Anchor Groups leaders lead weekly Anchor Groups for people to experience authentic community, find freedom, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
MEN'S MINISTRY TEAM
Anchor Men provides a space for the men of Anchor to connect, learn, and grow together. Through mentorship, brotherhood, and shared experiences, our men’s ministry aims to empower men to thrive in every aspect of their lives. Whether it’s through Anchor Men’s groups, which meet throughout the week, or our Legacy Nights, which take place every other month on Tuesday nights, there are several ways to get involved and build community with the fellow men of Anchor Church.

Anchor Women offers a welcoming atmosphere for the women of Anchor to connect, uplift one another, and experience personal and spiritual growth together. From fostering deep friendships to delving into matters of faith and daily life, Anchor Women is for women from all walks of life. Whether it’s through Anchor Women’s groups, which meet throughout the week, or our Cultivate Nights, which take place every other month on Monday nights, there are several ways to get involved and build community with the fellow women of Anchor Church.
