NEXT STEPS TEAM
The Next Steps Team uses the gift of administration to collect and maintain data to ensure information is secure, complete, and accurate so that everyone can take their next steps. This team also serves as a guest’s first post-visit point of contact in welcoming them to Anchor and inviting them to connect via phone calls, emails, and text messages.

The Baptism Team hosts water baptism experiences, ensuring the environment is excellent and meaningful for those making a public declaration of their faith in Jesus.

The Campus Host Team uses the gift of hospitality to greet, host, and engage guests in the lobby and sanctuary.

The Campus Support/Facilities Team helps to create an excellent, distraction-free environment by working “behind the scenes” to maintain and support excellence in every area of our church, including baptism, conferences, and special events.

The Dream Team Host Team creates an engaging environment in Dream Team Central for Dream Team members to enjoy food and refreshments, build relationships, and receive words of encouragement during services, conferences, and special events. This team creates a welcoming environment for Dream Team members by providing an excellent check-in experience at services, conferences, and outreach events.

The Greeter Team creates a positive first impression by welcoming, greeting, and encouraging each guest as they enter and exit Anchor Church.

HOSPITALITY TEAM
The Hospitality Team creates a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. While encouraging them to enjoy a hot cup of coffee and a snack, this team seeks to fellowship, cover guests in prayer, and help them to make connections to other areas of the church. They provide hospitality throughout the campus from refreshments to connection cards in the sanctuary.

The Anchor Discover Host Team helps everyone attending the Anchor Discover process find their place in the local church, discover their God-given purpose, and make a difference serving on the Dream Team.

The Kids Check-In Team creates a welcoming environment and assists families with checking in, dropping off, and picking up children in our elementary and nursery/preschool areas.

The Elementary Team invests in the lives of children who are in Kindergarten through 5th grade by giving them the opportunity to discover and develop a passion for God through Bible teaching, worship, Small Groups, Prayer, and games.

The Nursery/Preschool Team serves children 6 weeks through preschool and offers them the opportunity to hear the life-giving message of Jesus through Bible stores, worship, prayer, and hands-on activities.

The Anchor Students team helps middle school and high school students get connected to our Anchor Students ministry through Small Groups, retreats, conferences, and serving on Sundays.

PARKING TEAM
The Parking Team gives guests a positive first and last impression as they arrive and exit by providing clear directions for a safe and efficient parking experience.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY TEAM
The Photography/Videography Team captures moments that tell the story of what God is doing in and through Anchor Church, including but not limited to Sunday morning services, baptisms, child dedications, and other church events.

The Small Groups Team leads weekly Small Groups for people to experience authentic community, find freedom, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

The Usher Team provides a positive worship experience by assisting guests with seating, facilitating tithes/offerings, and helping to secure a distraction-free worship environment.
