Pastor Marcus has a deep passion for developing leaders and accelerating new ideas. His unique gifts and abilities have helped organizations around the world develop resources, infrastructure, and strategy for the future. He serves as a consultant to ministries & nonprofits helping provide organizational development and comprehensive fundraising initiatives. He has 19 years experience in for-profit and nonprofit sectors with an understanding of how to integrate various income models into new sources of revenue.
He has served as the Senior Development Director with Global Media Outreach, faculty member with the National Development Institute, Senior Counselor with Development Systems International, and President of PAXGlobal, implementing major gifts campaigns across the nation. Pastor Marcus has also served as the Regional Director of North America for the Jerusalem Institute of Justice helping secure major gifts.
He spent five years in the academic sector as Director of Student Life with Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL. At the time, Southeastern was one of the nation's fastest growing private universities. Pastor Marcus and his wife, Vanessa, have two daughters—Emma and Ava—and reside in Melissa, TX.
